We've had a couple of really nice things happen for us this week in the areas of publicity to the community. In the January 13 "southwest supplement" to the Springfield News-Leader, there is an informative profile about Scrapbook Generation. Donna Baxter wrote the article, which also appears on the News-Leader website, and did a great job explaining where we have been, where we are, and where we hope to go!

Thursday, Scrapbook Generation will be featured on the "KSPR News at 4" program in an interview about Scrap-a-Palooza. Allison will be doing a quick demonstration and answering questions about the event, and Chris from Midwest Family Broadcasting will also speak about Scrap-a-Palooza. Hope you can tune in, or at least, program your DVR to tape it!

Thanks for the response to our new email newsletters! I'm trying to send one each week, usually on Sunday evening. This past one explained our spring retreats in Branson and in the mid-Missouri area, and we've had a flurry of sign-ups this week! Leading the race is the second Branson retreat (March 19-21) with the Windermere retreat (March 26-28) following a close second! I'll keep you updated here about spots left in each of the three retreats. Also, some of you have asked about our spring theme, and we're working on it!
